The methods below pay out from €10. Our cashier shows a per-method ceiling of €5,000, while the daily and monthly caps depend on your VIP level and apply on top of it.

Limits by VIP level
Our standard allowance applies to levels 1 and 2 on the daily figure, while the monthly cap already rises at level 2. Levels 4 and 5 double and triple the standard limit.

A win of €15,000 at level 1 is paid over three monthly periods, while the same sum at level 4 fits into one month. We reassess your level from the previous 90 days of activity, so the limit can fall as well as rise.
Requesting a payout
- Finish any active bonus wagering; bonus funds block the request.
- Confirm that we have accepted your identity, address and payment-method documents.
- Open the cashier, choose the method you used for the deposit and enter at least €10.
- Confirm the request and keep the reference number.
- Expect our finance team to act within 3 business days, during weekday hours in GMT.
What delays or reduces a payout
Three situations hold a request: an unfinished bonus, a pending document check and a deposit that was not wagered at least once. In the last case we keep a commission of 10% of the last deposit, with a minimum of €0.50, rising to 15% for card and bank funding. You can have no more than three requests pending at the same time, and we may delay a payment while we check identity, source of funds and compliance with our terms. Refunds of a deposit have to be requested within 24 hours of the transaction.
